myapollo operates as a registered sole proprietorship offering platonic companionship and task-assistance services. All interactions facilitated through this platform are strictly non-sexual, non-intimate, and professional.
This model is lawful under Canadian law, analogous to professional companion, social coaching, and concierge services across North America.
PIPA (BC SBC 2003): The Personal Information Protection Act governs personal information for commercial activities. This platform is fully compliant — we collect only what is necessary and never share data with third parties.
Consumer Protection Act: Bookings constitute a service contract. Cancellation and refund rights are outlined in the booking confirmation. A 24-hour free cancellation window is provided for all bookings.
Workers Compensation Act: All providers operate as independent contractors responsible for their own occupational health and safety.
This service does not facilitate any form of sexual or escort services as defined under the Criminal Code of Canada. Attempts to solicit prohibited services will result in immediate cancellation and may be reported to authorities.
Clients must be at minimum 14 years of age. Users under 19 are advised to obtain parental consent prior to booking.
All roster members operate as independent contractors. myapollo does not constitute an employer-employee relationship. Providers set their own hours and availability, and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Applicants must be currently enrolled at or recently graduated from a post-secondary institution in British Columbia. All providers undergo vetting before being added to the roster.
All quoted totals include applicable British Columbia taxes (GST 5% + PST 7%). Payments are processed via e-transfer outside this platform. No payment data is stored on myapollo.ca.
