Privacy Policy

All personal information — name, contact details, booking preferences — is used exclusively for scheduling and service delivery. Nothing is sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

For clients: Contact info, preferred date, location, and service description. No payment data is stored — all transactions occur via e-transfer outside this platform.

For applicants: Name, Instagram handle, university, and application pitch. This data is used solely for roster vetting.

Booking data is deleted 90 days after the session. Unsuccessful application data is deleted within 30 days of the review process concluding. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time.

This site uses browser local storage only to save in-progress booking configurations and your preferred theme. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

myapollo.ca uses Supabase for authentication and database services, and Vercel for hosting. Both services maintain their own privacy policies and are SOC 2 compliant. No analytics or tracking scripts are used on this site.

This platform is fully compliant with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA, SBC 2003), which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in commercial activities.
