How quickly can I book?
48-hour minimum lead time on the wizard. Same-day or next-day requests can sometimes be arranged via Instagram DM, subject to availability and a rush fee.
How does payment work?
Card payment via Stripe at the end of the wizard — secure and PCI-compliant. Your card is charged the full total when you confirm. Receipt is emailed automatically.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations require 24 hours notice for a full refund. Rescheduling can be arranged via the booking-context chat in your dashboard with 48 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
What does Overnight mean?
Up to 8 hours via the wizard — events, trips, late-night errands. Longer durations available by DM. All interactions remain strictly platonic and professional regardless of duration.
Why does my total include BC taxes?
As a BC-registered service, applicable taxes are collected: 5% GST and 7% PST (12% total). The breakdown is shown live in your summary.
